Our products + services are designed to inspire, educate and prepare travelers while making a meaningful difference in the places we travel to.
Meet Kristin
I always dreamed of becoming a doctor and through years of hard work, medical school + training in New York City, I found myself running an Emergency department. Despite a rewarding decade long career in the ER, I could never fully satisfy my love of adventure. I am inspired by the unexpected places where I have lived, worked + traveled: South America, The Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Australia + SE Asia. I have lived abroad, practiced medicine on 5 continents and I have visited over 50 countries.
Along the way, I have come to understand that things don’t always go as planned, especially in resource limited environments while abroad. Somewhere between a sick husband in India, a one year old with spiking fevers in Scandinavia, and a friend with Malaria in Uganda — I made the decision to combine my experience in medicine with my love of travel. I began my journey as a Travel Health entrepreneur with the aim to better prepare people (like you!) who are also obsessed with exploring this beautiful world.
