When we started PASEO, we set out with a mission to improve individual health + global health through travel. Our goal is to prepare travelers while also providing a way to make a meaningful difference in the faraway places we travel to. We are committed to improving + impacting global health within communities around the world.

Our founder, Dr. Kristin Hughes has witnessed first hand the inequalities in healthcare while practicing medicine in resource limited settings abroad. She has dedicated her life to providing care for patients facing emergent conditions + is motivated to create ways to improve health for people everywhere.
