We have flat rate shipping charges for all orders placed within the Continental

U.S. Shipping orders placed outside of the Continental U.S. will be calculated based on weight of package, shipping location, and other various UPS charges.

Standard Ground shipments going to residential addresses will be sent via UPS SurePost and delivered by USPS.

Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) $10.00

Two Day Shipping (2 business days, orders placed by 2pm EST) $20.00

Next Day Shipping (1 business day order placed by 2pm EST): $40.00

We accept unworn, unused items purchased exclusively from www.paseo.co within 30 days from the date of purchase with all original packaging. Any product without original packaging or considered worn may not qualify for a refund. Please note that shipping and handling are not refundable. Additionally, customers must ship your return using the carrier of your choice, and must keep the tracking details for your records.

We kindly ask that you allow 10-15 business days from date of receipt of return for processing.

To return your products please contact our customer service team at hello@paseo.co with the subject “Product Return” and we will begin the returns process.

Please have the following information on hand: order number / date of purchase / return reason

International orders are final. Any order that ships over an ocean or border (Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses) is considered international and is final sale.

All digital purchases + downloads are final sale.

Your DOPP kit is specifically made to be durable enough to withstand island hopping + around the world trips. For any damage within 1 year of purchase please contact us for immediate replacement.

How should I care for my Travel Dopp Kit ?

The waxed canvas exterior is meant to remain rugged and the outer canvas material should improve with weathering over time. Please use water for cleaning of any interior spills. Remember to put any liquids inside any plastic container to prevent spills during air travel.

What is the best way to travel with my medications ?

All medications should be in original packaging + accompanied with a doctor’s note. Remember to review destination specific restricted pharmaceuticals prior to departure. It is best practice to travel with essential medications in your carry on baggage + to keep them with you at all times.

How should I travel with my first aid contents ?

Scissors + liquids over 3 oz should be packaged in checked baggage.
